The most important thing to me is customer service. I really appreciate being made to feel welcomed and valued. I never have enough money to be what I would call a model customer, yet everyone, at my every visit at ECU, in the entire time that I have been a customer, has treated me as if I were a billionaire. You all greet me warmly, conduct our business deftly and kindly, and you know to ask me all the things I forget to ask—such as whether I’d also like cash back (thanks- I forgot again!). You have shared chocolates and dog stories with me, and I always leave with a smile (and often a cup of coffee and a cookie) and feel as if I am valued. Thank you so much.
