Yes, You Have a Foundation!

Did you know that your credit union has its own foundation?

It’s true. Elevations Foundation was born in 2010 and is charged with carrying out the philanthropic endeavors of the credit union. You are part of an organization that understands the importance of supporting critical community initiatives.

Elevations Foundation has two primary responsibilities. The first is to support graduating high school seniors through an annual scholarship initiative. All of our scholarship recipients have a proven track record in academics and community engagement, but most importantly they have a financial need. Many of our seniors have shared that the scholarships they received from Elevations Foundation literally made the difference between being able to pursue higher education and not having the opportunity. You can be proud of the work your Foundation does.

Secondly, Elevations Foundation provides grants to local nonprofit organizations. With the help of community experts, we determine focused giving areas where we feel the need is greatest. During the 2015 cycle, the Foundation selected grantees in the areas of mental health, early childhood development and environmental education and sustainability. Our community grantees are so grateful for the support they get from Elevations Foundation.

Elevations enjoys an engaged membership that is active and supportive. So what does this mean to you? It’s simple. Elevations is only as strong as its members and the communities we serve. With a team of highly focused and committed individuals, you can take great pride in knowing Elevations Foundation is working hard to provide solutions for a better community.

You can make a huge difference by supporting Elevations Foundation.
