At Elevations, we build our team to serve our membership by believing in and demonstrating our five core values: Integrity, Respect, Passion, Creativity and Excellence. We are so pleased when members share with us that they see our core values reflected in everything we do.

We demonstrate our integrity by building trust through honest and ethical actions. Member Alastair N. said, “I feel as though ECU is trustworthy and looking out for their customers.”

Member Teresa F. shared that she appreciated being treated with respect: “I’m greeted immediately when I walk in, I’m called by my name, everyone is professional, very helpful and courteous.”

We demonstrate our passion with enthusiasm in everything we do. According to Member Brian C., “Elevations staff is amazing – knowledgeable, courteous and fast. This company has created an environment that is welcoming and friendly.”

Creativity is one of the reasons we foster an environment of innovation and learning. Member Ben F. shared, “I love the kids’ account you have with the save, share, spend bags. That’s why I joined the credit union.”

We always seek to improve and strive to exceed expectations. According to member Betty S., “I thoroughly appreciate the fact that the last time I made a suggestion, staff actually listened to me and made a change that resolved my issue. What a lovely experience to have that happen in a world in which too many people think that customer service is simply a smile and a pleasant tone of voice saying, ‘I’m sorry we can’t do that for you. Is there anything else I can do to help you?’ I always strongly recommend Elevations CU to others whenever the opportunity arises.”

Thank you for your membership and for sharing your feedback with our team.
